The people that are left homeless, those who lose loved ones and just the utter hate for people that leads to senseless death. It's a meaningless conflict that hurts more that it fixes.

This breaks my heart because many people do not know the aftermath of war. Many people also do not appreciate the men and women that die for our country every day and my goal is to be able to show these people.

There are people that have family members that are in wars all across the world, and they have to know that their family members could come home or they may not. That's why war breaks my heart.

Trying to get away from war brings up an extra danger of getting stuck in the middle of combat and traveling through terrorist territories. Nearly 45 refugees have died from this year alone from boats capsizing. If there was a way war could be fixed not as many people would have to die. · Since 1815, there have been more than 210 interstate wars. · The shortest war on record took place in 1896 when Zanzibar surrendered to Britain after 38 minutes. · Iceland has no military and no military expenditure. · One of the biggest blasts of the war occurred when the British detonated a million pounds of explosives under the Germans at Messines Ridge, in Belgian West Flanders. The resulting explosion could be heard 150 miles away in London. · Queen Elizabeth II served as a mechanic during WWII. · US soldier John R. McKinney held off 100 Japanese soldiers single-handedly in WWII. · 80% of all soviet males born in 1923 died in WWII. · Winston Churchill lost the 1945 election after winning WWII · At least 1.1 million Jewish kids were murdered in the holocaust. · In one of the last battles of WWII the allies and Germany fought together against a SS to help defend an Austrian Castle.

This app will feature interesting facts and videos that people may not know about war. It will raise awareness about the causes of war and the aftermath and the effects it has on the economy. People in the world will learn things about war that they never knew about and will start to appreciate the men and women who serve in our military and die for our country.
